Got this to silence my GF's moaning ways, and it worked! Can be inflated to choke status (not if you've got a blocked nose!), but at moderate size, mouth breathing is still possible. It really can fill any size mouth (and throat!).
This toy meet all of my expectations (and my partners'!), but we all feel the "fit & finish" leaves much to be desired, *especially* at this price. The hinged rings themselves are well made & solid. The screws & holes for closing do not have alignment guides & one has to really work to not strip the screws as they are tightened. Worst, though, is the flimsy feel of the long screws that do the stretching... They need a weld not just at the bottom of the base ring, but also at the top for better stability. And they are too short - ~12cm. The spiked testicle plate is beyond shaky & gets in the way as stretching starts. Finally, the spikes should be pointed. Just my humble opinion. All in all it feels like this is a prototype of a great toy idea

Article bien emballé, notice et fonctionnement très simple, le plus étonnant est sa taille et sa contenance d'eau, elle est équivalente en tout point à une poire manuel sauf qu'avec celle ci on ne s'ennuie pas a pomper tout le temps, vraiment très bien
