Positioning the clamps took a little trial and error on my part. I had to find just the right angle and the optimal amount of flesh to catch in order to get the clamps to sit comfortably and remain stably attached. The attached chain is just heavy enough not to let you forget your nipples are trapped in rubbery jaws. Any movement I made caused the chain to sway and tug at my increasingly sensitive nipples.
